Qiqi went on her first shopping trip today. We set out for Vivo at about 10+ this morning. It was raining cats and dogs but it didn't dampen my mood. Qiqi was very curious throughout the entire trip, busy looking here and there.
See, she's enjoying the ever changing scenery while enjoying her ride in the car.

We had lunch at Marche. Mum carried her and started 'introducing' each of the different stalls to her. Am glad that she was not frighten by the whole outing experience. Also gives me more confidence to bring her out more often in the future.

Mum wanted to make ham and eggs omelette for breakfast yesterday and it came with a little surprise. Out of the 5 eggs that she crack, 4 were double yolk. She told me she didn't make any special purchase and this is the first time she crack open so many double yolks in one go..

Haven't got the time and energy to blog for a long time.
Qiqi just celebrated her 1st month last week. Lots of pics were taken but i have not got the time to upload it and get the rest from my sis in law. Our house is under going some major renovations so me and BB is currently staying at my mum's place till everything is settled. Qiqi also went for her another jab on Monday. Poor little thing was crying so badly after the jab was given. Totally break my heart.... But other than that she is growing fine.
The words tired and exhaustion pretty much sums up what i'm feeling for the past weeks. Sometimes I wish she could grow up faster.. hahahaha.. or rather, starting to sleep through the night, although this is not quite possible now since she is barely even 6 weeks old.
i'm really thankful for all the help i'm getting from my parents to look after Qiqi. I also know that my in-laws care a lot about both me and the BB. Hopefully, by the time i'm back at work she will be much easier to take care..

Finally, the movie Avatar is here! After seeing the thriller and reading so much good reviews on it, couldn't wait to catch it.
Me and dar caught the 3D version. Though the movie lasted for almost 2. 5 hours, i personally did not felt that it was such a long movie. I just couldn't get enough of it! Maybe it was the Na'vi's or Pandora or the non-stop action or just the combination of everything plus the CGI making it really really exciting and very very watchable.
A highly recommended film to catch it on the big screen.
I received an email from a friend and they truly reflect the meaning of 'A picture speaks a thousand words'. Just wanted to share.

It was Dar's birthday yesterday. We had a small celebration at home during our weekly family dinner on Thursday.
Birthday cake from Chocz bought by my MIL.

Here's the birthday boy.
This year is rather special because we have both been 'upgraded' to be parents.
