Another weekday.
Another day at work..
How I wish everyday is a weekend..
Its been ages since i last watch a movie and i guess it actually reflects in my blog. Caught 'Eagle Eye' last weekend. Had wanted to see this movie since i saw its trailer sometime back.
I think the show was good. The pace was there, it was exciting and i think it kept the suspense going and reveal the 'secret' at the right time. And i still stand by my impression of Shia LaBeouf, he will make it big in hollywood.
But the only problem was the plot. When you finally found out what is really happening, you will feel like the storyline kinda repeats itself from some other movies like I,Robots by Will Smith.
I am officially Mrs Ong since... well, only yesterday.

I guess most people would have know the story behind this 2 little dogs by now. Yes, they were the ones that brought me and hubby together. So how can this 2 VIP be missing at such an important event.
Ever since me and dar came back from Melb, we haven't really been out together to have a good meal and just talk and relax and not talk about work, wedding preps etc.
So on Friday, he suggested to take me out to East Coast to have dinner and maybe just chill out at the beach. I was so game for it.
We went to a Jap restaurant where my dad used to bring me and my family to. Then i realised it was one of the Warakus' that Dennis brought me to about 2 weeks ago at Central. Hahaha, and to think that i told him i have never been to Waraku.
Dar ordered this bbq beef with this weird sauce on it, which i personally didn't quite like but he seems to find it delicious.
I had udon that comes with beef, tempura prawn, mushrooms, eggs etc. It was good!!
After dinner, we went over to Gelare to have some ice cream for dessert. Not sure if its the milk scandal, but the shop seems to be pretty deserted for a Friday night. While i was ordering the sundaes at the counter, I chatted with the manager and he told me last month's business was really bad. Well, i guess its all thanks to the scandal and the heartless Chinese business people.
It was a breezy Friday night and it was great strolling down along the beach at East Coast after a long week at work.
Its always great meeting up with the girls to catch up and b*tch about work and stuff. Can't wait for en xi's arrival!!
