If you have been reading the papers, you might realised that there are some fruits that are causing a bit of a hype here in Spore. One of them is actually the square-shaped watermelon.
I actually chance upon one of these square shape fruit at a Japanese Fair in Plaza Sing last week. Besides it being square, i seriously don't find any other selling points for the fruit.
They are selling it at S$200 per watermelon!!!! Is it really sweetier and juicer? Does it has additional nutritional value that the original round type lacks?
But still, at 200 bucks, I wonder who will buy it.. And in the first place, why make it square when its round?
